Glen
Jackson, Manager of Hollybush Family Centre, is presented with a Rotary International
Centenary Award for outstanding service in the community by President Dick
Brimacombe.
Hollybush
Family Centre is a drop-in centre for parents and children in a deprived part
of our city. Glen Jackson runs the centre, providing activities and education
to help cope with issues such as domestic violence, drug use, mental health
problems, learning disabilities, poverty, isolation, social exclusion and
the full time job of raising a family. The Rotary Club of Hereford Wye Valley
helps to support the centre and organises an annual
outing for the children
